It was fantastic to see our students engaging in hands-on experiments, asking great questions, and discovering the magic of science in action. A huge thank you to Greenmeadows Intermediate for being such wonderful hosts!

On the 18th of May, Room 15 went to the Auckland Zoo with the whole Rangi team. We enjoyed all of the amazing exhibits and learned how animals, such as crocodiles, alligators, and the Sunda gharial, adapt to their environments over time. We also loved seeing some of our native birds, like the kiwi, the takahē, and the kākāpō!

Room 15 took to the seas in Week 5! We spent an amazing day at Ōkahu Bay learning the literal ropes of sailing. From rope-tying to speedboat rides, our tamariki dived into every challenge. The water was a bit choppy, but that only added to the fun!
